Job Responsibility Western Cook:

Job Descriptions :

Responsible for kitchen operational
Make sure all S.O.P are well implemented
Maintain food cost
Maintain quality control of food product
Maintain good relationship with all internal team
Do monthly report ( stock opname)
Planning kitchen agenda
Coordinate with Outlet Manager to achieve revenue

Qualifications :

Have experince in kitchen with same position min 3 year ( Western cuisine background )
Strong leadership, discipline & high motivation
Mastering food costing
Have basic knowledge about food safety / HACCP
