Requirement :

• Gain a deep understanding of the brand, company values, company culture, mission statement, and long-term goals
• Work closely with other departments in reaching the goals of the company, including marketing and sales
• Work closely with customers, and Internal Staff
• Have a full understanding of all products and services offered by the company
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer Service excellence oriented
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
• 5+ years experience in customer service in retail company
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Demonstrates a high-energy and upbeat attitude
• Friendly and personable
• Working 6 days per week

Job Description

• Visit store 5 stores per week / 1- 2 stores per day ( depending on distance )
• Brief internal staff every day in all briefing shift.
• Train the Staff at the store ( related customer service if needed )
• Regularly briefing (Morning or afternoon briefing)
• Greet and serve the customer during half day at the store
• Responsible to checking all the tolls and infrastructure at the store (creating convenience ambience to customers)
• Handling complaint at the store ( if any, during visiting the stores )
• Reporting skills to superior
• Excels at working with store team
• Track customer shopping trend, preferences, and all data, through surveys
• Doing a mystery shopper
