Job Responsibility Beauty Representative:

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong negotiation skill
• Promote beauty products and conduct demonstrations.
• Build positive customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the store team for optimal product placement.
• Assist in implementing marketing and promotional strategies for products.
• Organize tactical and promotional events.
• Create PO to ensure product stock availability
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Data reconcile (Sell-In, Sell-Out, Promotion Claim)
• Location ( Jakarta & Bali )

Qualifications:

• Min. S1 Degree
• Proven experience in a similar role min 2 years.
• In-depth knowledge of beauty products and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a customer-focused approach.
