AMBER didirikan oleh 2 leaders yang sudah berkecimpung di dunia beauty, fragrance, & wedding decoration selama 7 tahun dan telah dipublikasi oleh berbagai media ternama, seperti: Kompas.com, Detik.com, SEA Today, dll.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tangerang for a Beauty at AMBER Beauty Bar. The Head of Beauty Operations is responsible for managing the overall operations of the beauty bar, including customer service, staff management, inventory management, financial management, and marketing. The role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the beauty or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong financial and budget management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and point-of-sale (POS) software
