Job Responsibility Shop Sales Assistant:

Awild is a natural cosmetic and clothing brand based in Canggu.
All of our products are completely produced in Bali. Our skincare is made using local ingredients from Indonesia and our clothing is produced with sustainable fabric, including materials recycled from wood and fishing net.

Shop Assistant Role

- Greet customers who enter the shop to purchase products by explaining the clothing range and skincare ingredients of different products, detailing which could be suitable for their skin type.

- Advise customers on all the products in the store

- Deal with customer cash and card payments using the EDC BNI and BCA card machines, when selling products in store

- Keep in store product quantities up to date on Moka POS CRM

- Restock the shop products on the shop floor, as and when they are sold

- Keep cleanliness of the shop to a very high standard, cleaning areas on a daily basis and watering the plants outside
