Job Responsibility Organization Development Specialist:

Responsibilities:

• Create & develop organization design (organization structure, WLA, manpower planning)
• Create & develop learning & development program (training, certification, knowledge sharing)
• Create & develop job design (job analysis/job description, job family, job evaluation, competency model, etc.)
• Manage employee performance management (planning, coaching & performance appraisal)
• Create & develop career management (career path, succession planning, talent pool)
• Create & develop recruitment & selection process tor internal and external sourcing
• Manage on boarding / induction program

Requirements:

• S1 Degree in Psychology or any other related field
• Min. 3 years of experience in the OD field (preferably from FMCG / Manufacturing company)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Good at communication, presentation, leadership, and data analysis
