Description :

• Able to make Chinese Dimsum (Xia Long Bao, Siomay, Hakau, Chongfan, Etc)
• Assist in controlling all over items served
• Ensure food standards and presentations are maintained and continuously improved
• Ensure that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout the kitchen areas at all times and all kitchen equipment’s are kept in a good working conditions

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 (two) years experiences in Leader for Dimsum Specialist
• Positive work mentality and Able to work under pressure
• Able to work on Holiday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Have good cooperation and Discipline in following existing SOP
