OCademy is an Education Technology platform based in Bandung that aims to help people understand better and give them access to Online Business knowledge.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 years of customer experience / admin, Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM
• Demonstrable track record of customer obsession
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in using productivity software (Excel, Sheet, etc)
• Basic Knowledge of Digital Marketing platforms (Meta Ads) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Class facilitator
• Data management, analysis & maintenance of class participants
• Coordination of class activities
• Closing class products (mentoring, workshop, private class)
• Customer Service – assists with all class participants’ needs
• Follow up maintenance of learning results
• Mastering the management of the OCademy.id platform
