Job Description:

• Ensure all domestic and international reservation done correctly (book, issued, invoice)
• Answer question about intineraries, rates as per clients required
• Follow up with hotel and client on open case
• Maintain high quality of service and timely execution
• Maintain good reporting

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in english
• Minimum 1 year working experience in a travel agency
• Familiar with quotation and good product knowledge for hotel, tour, activities etc and fast respond
