Job Description

– Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

– Provide information and assistance to visitors regarding directions, facilities, and services

– Maintain a clean and organized lobby area

– Monitor and manage visitor access and security protocols

– Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual

– Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail and managing deliveries

– Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient lobby operation

Work Experience

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

– Proficient in using basic computer applications

– Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

– Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
