We are 11th Space, a Business and Startup Accelerator based in Melbourne, Australia. Our hub in Indonesia was established in 2021. In our daily work, we closely monitor our portfolios and introduce new programs like StartupConnect and our annual event, NEXSPACE. Some of the portfolios in our accelerator include Waku, Leanlab, Skyeats, and more.

Responsibilities:

As a Design & Communication Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's narrative and enhancing our online presence. Success in this position involves developing and executing effective communication plans, creating visually compelling graphics, and managing our social media platforms. The Design & Communication Specialist will collaborate with various teams to ensure a strong brand image.

Main SOW:

• Develop and execute communication plans aligned with our goals.
• Manage social media to boost brand visibility.
• Design attractive graphics to maintain a consistent brand image.

KPI:

Your success will be measured by effectively executing communication plans, increasing brand visibility on social media, and creating visually appealing graphics.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year in design and social media/communication.
• Priority for those with branding/PR agency experience.
• Skills in branding, layout, and communication.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Google Workspace.
• Bonus: Photography and video editing skills.
  

Additional Qualifications:

• Interest in entrepreneurship, business, and startups.
• Ability to work independently and eagerness to learn.
