Job Responsibility Legal Dispute Manager:

Job Role:

This role is responsible for providing Legal Litigation advisory service to the company and handling employee matters through litigation when necessary and ensuring company’s compliance to national policy and regulations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in law, specializing in labor law or employee and industrial relations, plus experience leading a team(s).
3. Fluent in Bahasa and English written and spoken.

Job Descriptions:

• Establish and build out the Legal Dispute function of the company, including developing an overall Legal Dispute strategy.
• Make an action plan monthly/yearly, monitor the achievement, and conduct the analysis.
• Provide legal advice, support, and be accountable to handle litigation cases in the company.
• Provide legal advice for mitigation purposes related to any potential litigation cases.
• Manage with external counsel and relevant government personnel in relation to the ongoing litigation cases.
• Manage and maintain partnership with relevant stakeholders (e.g government, labor union, employer association, NGO, ILO) in order to ensure that our business aligns with updated regulations.
