Job Description:

• Innovating new products regarding the formula, packaging, and other aspects
• Improving the development of existing products
• Managing the launch of new products
• Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends
• Analyzing and documenting the product development process
• Leading internal and external audits of the products
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Collaborating with the development team and marketing team to build a good communication approach towards the product

Requirement:

• Minimum S1 (Bachelor Degree) in any major
• Minimum 1-year experience in ebauty product development
• Has a broad knowledge of skincare or makeup ingredients
• Fluent in english / mandarin is a plus
• Great communication skills in order to have a good relationship with internal and external users.
