Description :

Manage staff and greater department daily

? Ensure that line reporting staff are utilised at optimal levels

? Plan and approve leave

? Perform IR duties as and when required

? Implement and maintain HR policies and departmental procedures relating to the management of staff

Critically oversee the capacity management of the company fleet (new staff vs vehicle availability)

? Ensure that daily discussions with the Manager of the company Fleet regarding the fleet status take place

? Advise on actions to be taken to ensure the smooth running of the company fleet

Assist Branch Managers and seniors with all technical-related issues

? Perform an advisory function to branch managers and branch seniors on any technical-related issues i.e. client related issues, fitment issues and IR issues Assist Branches and Franchises with workload

? Assign technicians to applicable branch or franchise that is short-staffed

? Invoice franchises for services rendered

Perform day-to-day administrative function

? Negotiate services and repair deals with service providers i.e. tools, tyres, parts, general repairs

? Approve fleet expenses (tyres, services, repairs and fuel)

? Prepare and sign off all purchase requisitions

? Ensure that AODs are signed where applicable

? Oversee the control of all service intervals for company fleet vehicles

? Oversee the control of the fleet management systems in company vehicles

Requirements

? Bachelor degree from any relevant major

? Valid driver’s license

? Computer Literate MS Office (Excel)

? 5 years of Vehicle Replacement and Disposal Management, Maintaining Replacement Policy Experience.

? 5 years of FML Contract adherence and Optimization Experience.

? 5 years of Vendor Procurement, Negotiations and Optimisations (fuel, branding, tyres, HP, FML) Experience.

? 10 years of Management in the Vehicle Tracking Industry experience.

? A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
