Requirement :

• Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in the field suitable for this position
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable in using AutoCad and Microsoft Office
• Competent in the building permit process, especially real estate sector
• Highly motivated, hardworking, interactive mind and detailed oriented
• Willing to work individually or work in multiple stakeholders

Job Description

• Provide documents which needed for investment proposals and government presentation
• Manage master planning of real estate and infrastructure development
• Understanding the process and requirements of real estate permit
• Site survey for land acquisition process
• Conducting research and feasibility study regarding a specific area, land and or building
• Directing, planning, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and others
• In Charge of plan tracking and progress reporting Management
