Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Klaten, Jawa-Tengah As an instructional Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing our curriculum, designing and implementing training programs, overseeing program management, and applying instructional design principles. You will collaborate with the education team to ensure high-quality curriculum delivery.

Requirements:

1. Curriculum Development and Instructional Design skills
2. Experience in Training & Development and Program Management
3. Strong background in Education
4. Excellent organizational and project management skills
5. Effective communication and collaboration abilities
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
8. Bachelor’s degree in education, Curriculum Development, or related field

Responsibilities :

1. Designing and developing curriculum
2. Designing and developing a learning program
3. Ensured the quality of programs and assessments conducted is carried out properly
4. Sourcing, identifying, and approaching Market feedback of the learning program to increase the quality of the learning program
5. Curating Curriculum Program
