Responsibilities

• Standardization of laptop devices in all Ninja facilities
• The UEM verification process includes several processes including: installing GCPW, removing local admin, blocking USB storage, applying EDR, and running hardening scripts

Requirements

• Min. education vocational high school diploma
• 1 years of experience in Technical Support
• Familliar with Google product (Spreadsheet, Docs, Slides)
• Ability to identify and resolve issues
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
