Description :

Education and Experience

• Minimum SMA/SMK, D3, S1,fresh graduate preferably from Management or IT Program
• With experience in sales or Telemarketing work
• Experience in data management is an advantage
• Must be tech-savvy and proficient in Google Apps, Excel
• Good communication skills
• Good time management skills
• A team player

Job Responsibilities

• Executes the telemarketing program aligned with our messaging and strategies
• Message/call at least 100 leads per day and keep them interested and engaged with Horizon until the conversion phase
• Recommends strategies or messaging in promoting the Horizon brand, in engaging/nurturing the leads depending on their responses and conversation
• Generates regular (daily, weekly, monthly) reports to determine the performance of agents and the status of leads
• During the lead conversion phase, performance will also be subject to the monthly enrollment target
