Job Responsibility Reservation Executive:

Purpose

Responsible for corresponding with clients, preparing proposals and quotations and coordinating with internal departments and all concerned business partners to ensure that all reservations are made as per the clients’ requirements efficiently and in a timely basis. Assist in website listing posting.

Qualification

Bachelor Degree, Fresh Graduate in any field but especially in Hospitality, Economics, English Literature, International Relations. Fluent in English written and spoken, Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, WhatsApp, Email. Channel Manager & OTA experience is a plus.

Job Type

Full Time, Work from office, Group Meeting 1x a week, Site Visit when required.

Salary

Base salary IDR 3.300.000 / month including allowance with incentive bonus and team dinner if team monthly target is accomplished. Health insurance (BPJS) will be provided after passing probation. Probation period is 3 months.
