What you will do :

• Handle food preparation; prepare raw ingredients and cooking equipment in the Central Kitchen
• Check the quality of raw ingredients and cooking equipment
• Monitor the stock level for raw ingredients inventory and semi-finished products

What you need :

• Graduated from Vocational School in the hospitality
• HACCP & basic cooking knowledge
• Cooking experience at Central Kitchen
• Willing to work at Saturday
