Ensure total customer satisfaction at all levels according to the school service quality standards by functioning as receptionist and a phone operator.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social studies or Economic
• Experience in related field Minimum 2 years
• Language standard TOEFL of >450 or equal

Responsibilites:

• Responsible for handling the incoming calls, liaise with visitors / guests coming to Cikal.
• Support the administration of membership activities according to the Supervisor’s working appointments.
• Support membership special events / promotion according to the appointed schedule.
• Liaise business trip for non academic employees in sites.
• Serving the parents and students for any purchase of school uniform and other Cikal merchandise.
• Managing the inventory of uniforms and merchandise and report to supervisor for the repeat order.
