Description

• Collect and analyze sample recordings and score recording results.
• Generate the Quality Control (QC) worksheet.
• Conduct phone verifications with Debtors for QC purposes.
• Create monthly reports, sign them, and document the QC results.
• Offer suggestions to trainers based on the QC findings.
• Stay available and actively participate with both the Desk Collection team and the Field Collection team.
• Assume the role of an auditor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in finance, banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Control (QC) professional, investigator, or auditor.
• Strong interest in the financial technology industry.
• Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
• Attention to detail in work and advanced analytical abilities.
• Strong communication, investigation, and negotiation skills
• Fluency in Bahasa and English (preference given to fluent candidates).
