Job Descriptions:

• Conduct onboard training and device setup for Olsera customers, merchants and partners
• Provide solutions, recommendations and guidance to solve customers’ problems
• Conduct direct visits to customer stores
• Setting up Olsera’s application on customer device
• Working on ongoing projects
• Conduct visits for aftersales service (maintenance) to Olsera customers, merchants and partners
• Offering products to customers (upselling)

Job Qualifications:

• Min. Education High School/ D3/ S1
• Have good public speaking skills
• Have a good understanding in IT field (network, POS software and hardware)
• Fast-learner and adaptive
• Experienced as tech support and familiar with POS system
