Description :

Daily Job:

1. Making phone call to debiturs professionally for knowing the customer problem and responding to customer inquiries complaints.
2. Researching required information using available resources.
3. Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.

Requirements:

1. Experience as Call Centre in Financing
2. Excellent in English
3. Experience in dealing with the public.
4. Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.
5. Ability to work with others in a close manner.
6. Good computer skills.
7. Good multi-tasking skills.

Skills and Specifications

Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.

Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
