Job Description

• Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
• Complete real estate listing paperwork, pictures, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales
• Consult and coordinate with sellers on all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, access requirement and marketing activities
• Obtain all necessary signature on listing agreement, disclosures and other necessary documentation
• Provide proactive feedback to seller regarding all showing and marketing activities.
• Check inventory before the tenant or buyer move in

Requirements

• Currently domicile in Bali
• Have experience in property agent
• Excellent English (ability to speak in other language is a plus)
