Job Responsibility Promotion Staff:

• Submit ojol form for new menu, menu changes, and promotions.
• Submit ojol form for changes in Thumbnail & Banner Resto and Homepage Banner.
• Submit ojol form for new store opening needs: new datas and menus.
• Submit request to IT for requesting new phone number, email, and other data needed for opening stores.
• Troubleshooting for promotional error & TV error.
• Setting Vouchers, Bundles in Admin Panel for Online and Offline Channel
• Setting In-App Banner & TV exposures.
• Coordinating with SCM for printing Offline Collaterals (Printed Voucher, Foamboard, Tentcard, Umbul" New Stores, etc.)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferrably Business or Marketing related Major).
• Proven / Prior administrative experience (preferred).
• Excellent computer skills, especially in using computer applications such as Spreadsheets, Word
• Processing, Presentation, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Calendar, E-mail.
• Attention to detail, meticulous, very careful and precise.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Indonesian & English.
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
• Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
• Able to work alone and in a team.
• Able to be agile to execute time restricted projects and have high tolerance to stress.
