Job Responsibility Barista (DW):

Jobdesk :

Responsible for the smooth operation of the Front Office which involves receiving guests at check-in and receiving money/payment when guests check-out.

Make Night Report and Night Audit until Balance and submit to FOM (Fron Office Manager) and GM (General Manager).

Carry out other tasks given by his superior.

Check all Front Desk Staff who are present according to the applicable Work Time Schedule.

Guiding and supervising work implementation at the Front Desk and Night Auditing.

Review all existing Guest Bills for all Active Guests or Guest Leadgers on the Rack Bill that all Guest Bills have complete accompanying documents, including:

°Complete Registration Card for all Guest Bills.

°Travel vouchers for groups/individuals.

°Letter of Guarantee for Companies, Individuals.

Examining and signing Trial Balance, FOC Cash Sheet, Bar & Rest Summary of sales, Mescellaneous Credit (Rebate Credit) and all documents that must be reported to Income Audit.

Witness the withdrawal of Remittance of Funds carried out by the General Cashier and the calculation of the money.

Qualification:

Minimum 1 years experience in the similar position

Familiar with VHP System

Flexible, team player, good ethic, self motivated

& fun personality

Able to joint immediately
