REQUIREMENTS:

1. Has experience on repair TV/AC/CF/WM/REFRIGERATOR
2. High School, D3, Bachelor degree
3. Can use a multimeter, soldering iron
4. Know how to read diagram circuit

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Preferably domicile in Semarang,
2. Receive repair units from consumers, check the warranty and initial analysis of damage
3. Check and identify return units from sales and coordinate with related technicians, sales, and admin teams
4. Update data every time
5. Sending daily reports on improvements to superiors
6. Assist the call center team if there are technical questions about product problems from consumers
7. Prepare and arrange delivery of units after repairs to consumers, dealers, or branches
8. Ensuring the repair service process can be completed quickly
