Description :

Duties:

• Managing large amounts of calls in a timely and effective manner;
• Identifying customer needs;
• Researching customer problems;
• Providing the right solutions to customers;
• Keeping records of all customer conversations on the call center database;
• Meeting targets in terms of quality conversations;
• Report to the team manager.

Requirement:

• Speaks fluently in Thai;
• Speaks fluently in English (must);
• Nice voice;
• Willing to be posted in Yogyakarta Indonesia.
