Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from any major
• Good knowledge about live stream and Tiktok trends
• Able to communicate in English
• Well-developed social skills and the ability to work within all levels of an organization
• Familiarity with the beauty industry and have a broad knowledge of skincare/beauty products is a plus
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet
• Able to operate livestream menus and analyze Live Dashboard on TikTok and Shopee
• Can join ASAP and able to follow shifting schedule (Office based in Kuningan, South Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• Managing operation livestream on daily basis across our channel (TikTok, and Shopee)
• Monitor & evaluate the host performance in order to deliver good quality of livestream
• Handling Pre-Live – setting up product, brief product knowledge, brief promo)
• During live: assist the host, pin up product on computer, remind host regarding promo or guidelines
• After live: Create sales report
• Produce content, for a teaser promotional on Tiktok
