Job Description:

• Lead Merchandiser team to achieve target.
• Communicate with buyer and handle inquiries regarding ordered products.
• Collaborate closely with factory team to ensure the product meets the buyer’s request and can be delivered on time.
• Follow up order from sample development, bulk production, and shipment.
• Prepare documents such as costing sheets, booking sheets, purchase orders, etc.
• Monitor and advise the production process to ensure the quality of products.
• Take responsibility in product inspection before the shipment.
• Create shipping instructions to ensure safe delivery.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) preferably with Garment/Textile major.
• Min. 5 years experience in the same field from Garment Manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of garment processes.
• Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English fluently.
• Fluent in Japanese will be a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Bandung (WFO).
