Qualifications

1. Education: Minimum Senior High School (SMK) or equivalent, majoring in Engineering.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Trainer (preferably with experience in the heavy equipment industry).
3. Competent in developing training modules and possesses training module development experience.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.

Job Descriptions

1. Conducting training sessions for operators, including testing equipment operations for customers.
2. Creating training modules aligned with the company's products.
3. Preparing high-quality and measurable training materials.
4. Generating reports on completed training sessions.
