“Human Capital Manager”

Placement : Grogol Petamburan, West Jakarta

Qualifications :

– Max Age 35 Years

– Education Min S1 Law

– Minimum 2 years experience as Manager Human Capital in the field of Food and Baverage

– Have computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

– Understand the calculation of PPH 21

– Able to master the use of the OSS system

– Excellent drafting, communication and negotiation skills

– PERADI/Lawyer Certified will be considered an advantage

– Able to use the HRIS system, especially Talenta system

– Understand the regulations of UU Ketenagakerjaan

– Understand Employment BPJS and Health BPJS
