• Educational background D3 any major
• 1 year administration, customer services, client services and/or operational experiences preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (strong in Microsoft Excel)
• Good communication and eager to learn
• Detail, loyal and responsible
• Willing to work overtime
• Target oriented and able to work under pressure
• Can use SAP System

Job Description:

• Administration in After Sales Service
• Give information to costumer about AC Information (Repair)
• Input costumer data and provide work order (SPK) to Internal and External Technician (Subcon)
• Input result of Work Order from Internal Technician and Subcon
• Checking Daikin AC Sparepart price and availability
• Report to Head of Service Station
