Requirements :

– Graduated min D3 from any major

– Experienced in the retail industry cosmetics

– Familiar with the sales report

Jobdesc :

– Oversees the day-to-day operations of a cosmetics department or store, often within a mall or department store.

– Maintain the staff schedule, supervise employees, manage inventory, and ensure that customers are satisfied.

– Handle counters SPG, Sales Report & Sales Strategic plan

– Develop and implement best practices and procedures to enhance business growth

– Oversee the preparation, allocation, and management of the operations budget to ensure target achievement

– Ensure company operations are completed in a timely and effective manner.
