Description :

1. Responsible for understanding the local housing rental and sale market in Indonesia, understanding the changing trend of local housing supply, familiar with real estate agency transaction process and laws and regulations 2. Responsible for the development, reception, and consultation of owners and customers in all channels 3. Grasps the needs of customers and owners, and match resources

4. Accompany clients to inspects houses on the spot, conduct business negotiations, sign tripartite contracts, facilitate real estate sales, leasing and other brokerage business 5. Manage the company’s housing, communicate with cooperative customers regularly, and establish good long-term cooperative relationship 6. Timely complete the work tasks assigned by the company Job requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor degree from any major 2. Have a minimum of 3 years experience in the same field 3. Have an understanding related to community empowerment and poverty problems in general

4. Have a basic understanding of construction related issues and builder management in Indonesia 5. Experience in project monitoring and reporting 6. Fluent in Mandarin is a plus

7. Have good communication skills, dynamic, adaptive to change, and able to meet target.
