Job Descriptions:

Assisting in locating suitable clinic site through surveys & research

Ensuring compliance with administrative and legal requirements for clinic operation

Compiling a list of necessary equipment and conducting surveys to determine requirements

Developing and implementing straightforward operational procedures for the clinic

Establishing service and administrative systems to facilitate smooth clinic operations

Aiding in the recruitment process for doctors and other clinic staff

Engaging in discussions with management at the office and conducting on-site surveys to monitor clinic construction and operation progress

Supporting clinic promotion through marketing initiatives and engagement in promotional activities

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in hospital service management/medicine/relevant major with minimum GPA 3.00

Minimum 2 years experience in management clinic or hospital

Familiar with MS Office

Fluent in English

Analytical Skill, Attention to detail, Organization skill, Communication Skill, Team Work & Management
