Description :

  • Supporting the clinic administration such as: client database management, client scheduling and billing settlement
  • Handling clients’s questions and complaints for both online and offline channel promptly
  • Proposing suitable promotion/services to the client (incl. upselling and/or product selling)
  • Identifying (potential) issues and create mitigation or problem solving solutions
  • Working with ‘Client-First’ attitude where client’s satisfaction become the main goal

Requirements:

  • Possess degree from University (Diploma/Bachelor)
  • Have a minimum 1 years experience in the same/related role/ receptionist, experience in Beauty/Dental Clinic will be a plus
  • Have passion in Client Engagement field
  • Have positive “Can-Do” attitude, pay attention to details, hard worker and open minded
  • Willing to be placed in Puri Kembangan (Jakarta Barat) or Pantai Indah Kapuk (Jakarta Utara) area
