Jobs Description

• Conduct daily briefings to assistants or other chefs.
• Responsible for kitchen staff in sections/stations in his team.
• Supervise and minimize waste raw materials.
• Responsible for all activities in the kitchen.
• Carry out regular supervision of kitchen activities.
• Responsible for the availability of raw materials, including shopping at the market for kitchen needs.
• Controlling the consistency of food quality and results.
• Able to provide training and coordination with other kitchen staff.
