Finance & Administration Manager 
Position in Banda Aceh / Lhoknga
 

Education:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree (S1 / S2)

Qualifications:

-      Minimum of 3 years’ experience in management, finance and/or administration in private sector or organizations.

-      Proficiency in taxation, accounting and government regulation / administration (e-filling: BPJS, OSS, BPKM, Taxes, etc.)

-      Proficient in Microsoft Office Finance Excel spreadsheet software required.

-      Excellent computer skills including MS Office.

-      Experience in reporting, presentations (PowerPoint), media, marketing or related area.

 

-      Must demonstrate excellent analytical, negotiation and organizational skills.

-      Background (UNs, NGOs, LSM) in development programs (agriculture, value chain forestry, and/or environment) is preferable.

-      Strong analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to make sound judgment.

-      Autonomous: ability to set priorities, complete work with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines

-      Fluent in English both Oral and Written

-      Ready for duties out of area
